These terms apply to every order placed on this website, which is run by SAKHR in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By placing an order you agree to them.

ORDERS

Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed and we email you a confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund it in full.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in Saudi riyals. Payments are taken by MyFatoorah, a payment provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank; we never see or store your card details.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery is described in the Shipping Policy and returns in the Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

PRODUCTS

We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours vary a little from screen to screen. Sizes and fit are described on each product page and in the Size Guide.

OUR CONTENT

The SAKHR name, logo, photographs and words on this site belong to SAKHR and may not be used without our written permission.

LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including its E-Commerce Law, and nothing in them limits your rights as a consumer.
