Return Policy

If something is not right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the way you paid.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with every tag attached. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.

HOW TO RETURN

Start your return in the Returns Portal with your order number and email. We reply within two working days with how to send it back.

Returns from inside Saudi Arabia are free. From elsewhere, the return postage is yours to pay, and we recommend a tracked service.

REFUNDS

We refund within five working days of receiving your return. Your bank may take up to 14 days more to show it. Delivery charges are refunded when the whole order comes back.

EXCHANGES

For a different size or colour, return the item and place a new order, so you get the one you want before it sells out.

FAULTY ITEMS

If something arrives damaged or faulty, write to support@sellvestiaire.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including postage.
