This policy explains what we collect when you shop with SAKHR, why, and what you can ask of us. We handle personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you order: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and what you bought. When you join the newsletter: your name and email. Your card details go straight to our payment provider and never reach us.

WHY

To take payment, deliver your order, send you updates about it, handle returns, and answer your questions. Newsletter emails go only to people who signed up, and every one of them lets you leave.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Only the services that do the work: MyFatoorah for payments, the courier that delivers your parcel (SPL, OTO’s partner couriers or DHL), Resend for our emails, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We never sell your data.

YOUR BROWSER

Your bag and the products you recently looked at are kept in your own browser, not on our servers. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

HOW LONG

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to support@sellvestiaire.com and we will answer within 30 days.
