INSIDE SAUDI ARABIA

Orders leave Riyadh within one to two working days and arrive two to five working days later. Delivery costs 25.00 SAR, and is free on orders of 375.00 SAR or more.

INTERNATIONAL

We deliver across the Gulf, to Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, Egypt, Sudan and North Africa by courier, usually in three to seven working days. Checkout lists every country we deliver to, and shows the price before you pay.

For Kuwait, Oman and Qatar the courier needs a photo of the recipient’s ID. We email you to ask for it once you have ordered, and send the parcel when we have it.

International orders are sent duties unpaid: any import duties and taxes are charged by the destination country and paid to the courier on arrival.

TRACKING

We email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Your order page shows it too.

ADDRESSES

Check your address and mobile number at checkout: couriers call before they deliver. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will contact you to send it again.
